Parking spaces reserved for visitors with disabilities near primary entrances, flat paved parking lots and many ramped historic buildings with modified thresholds are just a few of the features that make Sauder Village a great place for all visitors. 

In addition, restrooms in the restaurant, the inn, the campground and the Historic Village are wheelchair accessible. Two rooms in the inn have special accommodations for guests needing some assistance. Not only are the rooms adapted for users of wheel chairs, but there is a special portable package for the convenience of guests with visual or hearing impairments. Personal hearing devices and a sign language interpreter could also be available with prior reservation. Videotapes with or without closed captioning are available for use on site for the few historic buildings at Sauder Village not accessible by wheelchair. Guide dogs are welcomed.
