Sauder Village 32^nd Annual Quilt Fair Exhibit Tag

Please print this form, trim it neatly around the border, and complete one for each entry. Fold the top portion of the form back along the marked line so that your contact information does not show. Using a straight pin, attach the form to the front left edge, halfway up your quilt with “information for judges” facing up. For wall hangings, pin the form at the bottom left of the quilt. Fold your quilt so that the form can be easily viewed for check-in.

Reminder: Due to space considerations, registration forms will be accepted until 4:00 PM, Monday, April 21, 2008 or until our limit is reached. All quilts must adhere to exhibit guidelines. Mail in the registration form to: Quilt Fair, Sauder Village, PO Box 235, Archbold, OH 43502 and All quilts must be delivered to Founder's Hall on Sun., Apr. 27 between 1:30 – 4:00 PM.
