If pre-registered, you may ship your quilt
to arrive at Sauder Village between the dates of April 21 through April 25, 2008.
All entries being shipped must adhere to the following:
- Must be Pre-registered.
- Completed Quilt Information Tag must be pinned to each quilt.
- Each quilt must be placed inside a cloth
bag.
- Include only one entry per bag.
- Label each bag with your name, address and phone number.
- Ship in a secure carton.
- Do not use Styrofoam or cellulose “peanuts” as packing.
- Include completed Advance Shipment
Form in your package.
- Ship pre-paid with appropriate insurance coverage.
- UPS Address to: Sauder Village Quilt Fair, 22611 State Route 2,
Archbold, OH 43502 (including proper return shipping address)
If you or someone you have designated plans to
pick-up the quilt(s) on May 4, 2008 at the close of the show,
please make note of this person on the
shipping form to be included with
your shipment. Your claim-check tickets will need to be picked up at the
Founder’s Hall admission desk prior to the close of the show. If you want
your packing box, it will be available at the “help desk” at Quilt Fair
Check-out.
If your quilt(s) are to be shipped back to you, return postage (including
insurance coverage), completed return address label, and return shipping
instructions must be included in your package. Your original bag and
shipping carton must be reusable and shippable via UPS or the U.S. mail.
Cost of return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the owner.
