Please register each quilt in only one category below. If entering more than one quilt, use this single form to list the total number of quilts in each category you will be entering. Sauder Village reserves the right to change the category if deemed appropriate.

NOTE: Quilt artists who have traveled nationally to teach and have published books or patterns qualify for and must enter theMasters category. You will be personally contacted to discuss arrangements for this special display, to discuss the number and size of quilts that can be accepted based on space availability. Please select the Masters category when registering your quilts.

In order to qualify for the judging competition, the quilt exhibitor must have had some part in the making of the quilt (either constructing the quilt top, quilting or both). Purchased quilts, inherited quilts and gift quilts must be entered for "exhibit only" and will not be judged. Any quilt maker who, for any reason, would prefer to enter his/her quilt for "exhibit only" is welcome to do so. All entry guidelines apply equally to both "exhibit only" and judged quilts, which will be hung together by category in the show. All Masters and Youth quilts are automatically designated for "exhibit only".
