Enjoy an afternoon of festive music as fiddlers from the tri-state region gather to compete at Sauder Village. Seats will be filling by 12:30 p.m. as the opening band, Fossil Creek Bluegrass of Lambertville, MI takes the stage followed by the toe-tapping fiddle competition with fiddlers competing in one of three categories – student, open and senior. Each contestant will have five minutes to perform a hoedown and a waltz using old time style and techniques. Fiddlers will also perform on the Village Green from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and again after the Fiddle Contest.
